Tuscany

Founded in 1988 by Tom Graber, Tuscany has built high quality van and truck conversions for nearly two decades. In 1992, Tuscany was granted a bailment pool company status by the Ford Motor Company, an important competitive advantage in Tuscany's markets that allowed the Company to order vehicle chassis directly from Ford to complete the required conversion work. The pool chassis allows a converter to obtain chassis more quickly and at less cost than when ordering directly from a retail dealer. Tuscany became a leading manufacturer of luxury custom vans and wheelchair accessible vans. Initially based in Shipshewana, Indiana, Tuscany relocated to a newly constructed facility in Elkhart in 2003. In March of 2006, Accubuilt acquired the assets of Tuscany. Tuscany's primary operating facility consists of 25,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 7,000 square feet of office space situated on 13.2 acres of land suitable for building expansion. The Company also leases a 22,000 square foot facility approximately one-half mile from the primary facility to complete the metalworking requirements for its full size mobility vans.

Since 1988, Tuscany has increased sales dramatically and the Company has grown from Ford's 125th volume van converter, in terms of unit volume, to Ford's #1 volume producer of luxury custom vans. In recognition of Tuscany's quality construction and craftsmanship, Ford Motor Company has awarded Tuscany its prestigious "Quality Excellence Award" each year for the past seven years. Appreciating the tremendous success of the family-established company, Tom Graber and son, Mike, were eager to continue that growth. The connection between Accubuilt and Tuscany came at a perfect time for both organizations. Accubuilt is an aggressively growing specialty vehicle manufacturer. Looking for diversification and to utilize the economies of scale with their personnel, manufacturing facilities and equipment, Accubuilt realized an incredible opportunity was available.

Accubuilt has a great vision with the acquisition of the Tuscany personnel, brand name and facilities that will promote Accubuilt to the forefront of the specialty vehicle market.

Accubuilt

ACCUBUILT, INC. is a diversified specialty vehicle manufacturer that traces its roots back more than 128 years. Four of our brand names are legendary in the professional vehicle market and the fifth, originally the Vartanian Van Company (now marketed as Accubuilt), is well known for its quality and innovation in passenger executive shuttle vans, and dominates the wheelchair and non-emergency transportation commercial van market. Our professional vehicles are funeral coaches and limousines traditionally used by the funeral service industry. Built on Cadillac DeVille and Lincoln Town Car heavy-duty chassis, they are used by independent and corporate funeral homes as well as professional livery operators around the world. Visit the Accubuilt web site.

Accubuilt's premiere brand, the S&S Coach Company, has been in continuous operation since 1876 when it was the leading maker of fine horse-drawn carriages. Our Superior Coach Division began its illustrious history in 1923 in Lima, Ohio. For most of the 20th Century, S&S Coach Company and Superior Coaches were vigorous competitors, dominating the market. In 1981, S&S and Superior operations were merged into a new facility in Lima, Ohio and the company earned more than half the market for funeral coaches and limousines in North America.

Eureka and Miller-Meteor, two other venerable coachbuilders, merged in the early 1990s. In 1999 that combined company was acquired by S&S and Superior, and the company's name was changed to Accubuilt, Inc. Now, the four oldest and most prestigious brands in the specialty vehicle industry are manufactured and marketed under the combined strength and resources of one corporation.

Accubuilt is the largest Cadillac Master Coachbuilder, accounting for approximately two thirds of all custom-built Cadillacs produced worldwide, including the ultra luxurious Cadillac DES Luxury sedan, sold exclusively by Cadillac dealers. The company is also a leading Lincoln Quality Vehicle Manufacturer and is completely NMEDA-QAP and Ford FTQP certified. Indicative of our leadership, our elite S&S Commercial Glass Coaches and Limousines were selected exclusively for the state funeral and memorial services for President Ronald Reagan. Vartanian began operations in 1979 and primarily served the demanding needs of mobility and shuttle van operators in the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. Vartanian built a strong brand franchise by building a product that was innovative and durable enough to withstand round-the-clock usage on some of the worst roads and under the most congested traffic conditions in the United States. Recognizing the value of Vartanian's reputation and potential for strong and rapid growth in the van market, Accubuilt purchased the assets of Vartanian Industries in 2002 and began building vans at the 180,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Lima, Ohio. Accubuilt has been able to bring its engineering and manufacturing expertise to the wheelchair and shuttle van industry while maintaining the innovations of the Vartanian product line. Today the company builds wheelchair, shuttle and executive vans that offer a level of quality and many exclusive innovations not available on any other make. Thanks to advanced engineering and manufacturing technology, Accubuilt goes far beyond the mere conversions produced by our competitors.

Building on a reputation of quality, Accubuilt, through a strong relationship with Ford, has developed true Super Duty pickups based on the F-450 and F-550 cab/chassis models. Through engineering expertise, Accubuilt is producing structurally enhanced and reinforced pickup boxes to meet the needs of today's trailer towing and payload demanding users while also meeting the Ford expectation of a cosmetically pleasing truck. The Ford relationship is further expanded with the Accubuilt Commercial Raised Roof Work Van - offering contractors more than a standard storage/transport van. By using existing manufacturing technology from the mobility van production, Ford dealers are now able to compete with other higher headroom competitive vans in the market. Both of these Ford products are sold through authorized Ford dealers.

In December of 2005 Accubuilt acquired DaBryan Coach Builders. Located in Springfield, MO, DaBryan is the VIP Limousine industry's premier quality builder with highly satisfied customers around the world. DaBryan is a great compliment to Accubuilt's overall transportation strategy.

Accubuilt has also purchased the rights to market and manufacturer six-door limousines under the LCW nameplate. LCW had established a very competitive dealer network, but their main manufacturing focus was in the VIP industry. Accubuilt's manufacturing expertise in six-door limousines was eager to expand and this addition compliments Accubuilt's standard productions while taking advantage of several areas including die-stamping doors.

Accubuilt continues to look for growth opportunities in the automotive industry. Watch as Accubuilt creates a very exciting history.
